Everything about the Quirkies NFT collection
The Quirkies NFT collection contains not only 5,000 exotic animals and 2,200 owners, but also a strong community. At the time of writing, the collection has a 2.169 ETH floor value, with a trading volume of 11.4k ETH. In addition to PFPs, the team has a long-term metavers plan, aimed at celebrating everyone’s quirks.
Quirkies NFT: Proudly wear your Quirks
Since February 2022 Mint, the collection has experienced more ETH than NFT 6 per NFT, but has taken the rear seat for now. Of course, the slowdown could be attributed to bearish sentiment flooding the entire NFT market. The Quirkies NFT collection has over a hundred features, so every owner can find one that reflects their true self. This allows owners to have a greater bond with their digital creature. If you can’t decide which one best reflects your personality, nothing is stopping you from getting the other one.
The team plans to keep only 5,000 Quirkies, with the exception of their peers. In February, your own Quirkie Mint cost 0.05 ETH. Compared to the current floor price, this is a really nice sweet deal. The initial mint allows whitelist spots every 2 minutes and public sale time accounts every 5 minutes. So the pool of owners has been kept relatively small. It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post.
There are some key members of this project, but the website does not reveal their identities directly. These are Syntribos, Soulest, FinchOne, Space Invader and Quacamole. Most of them have extensive combined experience over many years in crypto and NFT space. The team consists of early crypto and NFT investors, marketing experts, well-known artists and of course the development team. So far, the team seems to be doing quite well, especially in building a close community.
Going forward, the team plans to create its own metavers where Quirkies NFTs can flex their capabilities. In the meantime, the team will work to bring the animals into existing metavars. There will also be Quirkies merchandise with streetwear that combines surfing and skating features. In addition, NFT represents IRL membership which gives access to worldwide events and exclusive experiences. Until the end, the team will provide each animal with their own companion.
Surprise?
Without the cool teaser, we don’t know much about the ‘Quirklings’ project. However, we know that one of the major milestones in the roadmap is to give each animal a mate. We know there will be a snapshot, so I guess it’s safe to assume that the companion release will be via an airdrop. However, there is no exact date, and the team always encourages you to have a Quirkies NFT by your side, just in case.
If Azuki’s BEANZ or BAYC’s BAKC is any indication, something might be worth finding for Quirklings. Just talking.
