Yuliang Liu 劉 · 昱 is a Berlin-based multi-part visual artist. Originally from Taiwan, after moving to the German capital in 2015, Liu only began to discover ways to express himself.
Give us a little bit of your background
I am Yuuu, a photographer and collage artist, who adapts to landmark artwork of European history to add inclusion and stigmatize nudity.

Where are you coming from
I am originally from Taiwan (born and raised) and currently based in Germany
What is your favorite thing on the weekend?
Honestly, just go for a walk, drink bubble tea and watch movies with my partner

Who is your favorite artist (Non NFT)?
I have to click on two artists here:
William-Adolf Boguero for his striking technical skills and lighting.
Frida Kahlo is weakening for her own portrait and for the way she expresses her inner insecurity.
Who is your favorite NFT artist?
This is close to an impossible-answer question! There are so many talents around. Now if you put a gun to my head, I would probably tell Shawn Wang that he is not only a great artist but also an advocate for the NFT that bridges the digital and physical world. His enjoyment will be in Singapore’s first NFT cover history book.
What compelled you to follow the NFT industry?
Hope. Ha ha ha.
Coming from a really challenging 2020 I joined the scene in the middle of 2021 without any expectations. I wanted to know more about Web3’s innovation and the future prospects of the industrial market. I’m so glad I did
What is a part of the NFT industry that you bought but want to miss?
Something from Jason Ebeyer! I’ve been following him on Instagram for years and I’ve fallen in love with the uniqueness of his work! One day 7!
Where would you go if you could travel anywhere in the world?
In this special moment I will just go back to Taiwan. It’s been 5 years since I last saw my family.
