10 LGBTQ + NFT artists you can support for the month of pride

Pride The month is here !!! The NFT industry has been praised for its ability to create a diverse and equitable space for artists from all walks of life, including the LGBTQ + community. That said, in reality, LGBTQ + NFT artists are deadly in space. The current son of the industry has to go a long way to tarnish the image of the club. Of these, the entire NFT community has a responsibility to support existing LGBTQ + artists and create space for newcomers.

So, in this proud month, we’ve created a list of 10 LGBTQ + artists that you can support.

Month of Pride: Meet these 10 LGBTQ + NFT artists

1. Sam August Ng – They balloon

Sam August Ng, popularly known as TheBalloons, is a non-binary digital concept artist. The London-based artist’s work focuses on rebuilding neo-expressionism on Web3 using glitch arts, 3D and dark colors.

TheBalloons is also the co-founder of Queer Frens, the largest Pride Parade in Metavers. Excluded in March 2022, the collection aims to promote inclusion and diversity in NFT space through 10,000 weird frogs.

2. Talia Roza Abreu

Talia Rosa Abreu is a visual designer and digital artist who focuses on creating brand identity, visual direction and creating both 2D and 3D art and design. A trans Latin artist, he is also the art director of the Runic Glory NFT project. He is also the founder and creative director of the Forest Heart Project, an online collaborative video game project.

3. Bobby Coyote

Located in Los Angeles, Bobby Coyote A transmask multidisciplinary artist and photographer. With a background in fashion photography, Coyote works in film and NFT photography. He is often seen exploring concepts such as astrology, music, color, addiction, sexuality, and surrealism.

4. Dr. Brittany Jones

Dr. Brittany Jones is its creator, project manager and co-founder Queer Friends NFT Project. A bisexual woman and athlete, Jones is a marine biologist who studies dolphin communication. Previously, she used digital art to educate young girls about science and STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics) careers.

5. Jason Dixon Zamora

Jason Dixon Zamora (aka Mako Highflyer), a pansexual NFT artist, is the artist and founder of the Quinley Kookka NFT collection. This project includes inclusive and intersecting NFTs that celebrate 2SLGBTQIA + icons from around the world.

According to the project WebsiteZamora believes that “handing back control to artists and communities is a seismic cultural change that must break down our current non-discriminatory systems and hit the collective reset button.”

6. PapiCandlez

PapiCandlez is a Los Angeles-based queer illustrator and animator. He recently dropped the TheCryptoCandlez collection on OpenSea. The collection contains 103 candles in various adorable incarnations.

7. Derin Besal – a curious designer and NFT artist

Artist Derin Besal is a curious designer behind the Queer Rise NFT collection. After completing his studies in graphic design at IED Milano, Basal is working as a graphic designer, illustrator and artist in Istanbul, Turkey.

Also, for Queer Rise, Baysal hand-painted 10,000 NFTs representing diverse cultures. In fact, the project aims to make Metavers a more inclusive and diverse-friendly space. “Fun or not, people can wear whatever they like and whatever they like,” the collection said Website Fall

8. Stacie A Buhler Champion LGTBQ + rights.

A Los Angeles-based fashion photographer and NFT artist, Stahley A. Buhler Creates jobs that are “relaxed, fun, welcoming and inclusive”. He is the founder of Ugly NFT, featuring Ugly Berts and Ugly Bettys. The collection draws inspiration from her personal experience where both men and women tell her that they don’t like the way they dress.

In addition, each NFT in the Stacie collection has been hand-painted digitally. “This NFT collection is based on model diversity and LGTBQ + rights and exposure in the fashion industry,” the project statement said.

9. Banshika Dhyani – An Asian, bisexual NFT artist

Banshika Dhyani is an Asian, bisexual, neurodivergent artist. She has created the Desi Dulhan Club NFT collection to raise awareness about child marriage, dowry killings, honor killings and female infanticide in South Asia.

In fact, he first created the project in honor of his grandmother, who got married at the age of 13. Also, there is no lip of the “native duck” in the collection, to present how women are silenced in South Asia. On the other hand, the “deer in the headlight” look of the eyes depicts a “frightened and uncertain” look.

“My long-term vision for this collection is for people who want to make a difference in South Asia and volunteer with UNICEF to advance, empower and educate women,” Dhyani said.

10. Jesse – Cue artist of 100% LGBTQ + proprietary NFT project

GrizzleMMC (on Twitter) or Jesse is the co-founder and lead artist of The Melancholy Monsters Club (MMC) NFT project. Jesse first drew the artwork for the MMC project in 2012 as a short comic featuring two monsters. Also, the project is 100% owned and operated by LGBTQ +. In addition, Jesse boasts over 11 years of experience providing direct mental health care to underdeveloped communities, with a particular focus on LGBTQ +.

Needless to say, the list above is by no means complete. There are many more NFT artists in the LGBTQ + community that you can support in this proud month. These include top NFT artists such as FEOCiOUS (Victor Langlois), Klara Volstaedt, and Sarah Zucker.
