This is our interview

Where are you coming from

Born, raised, educated and created in Istanbul, Turkey.

Can you tell us about your background and what leads you to become an artist?

I am a graduate graphic designer from Fine Arts University, an old advertiser who creates sculptures and loves the freedom of the NFT. My passion is to make NFT as if I am physically producing.

I think I can be a hybrid artist both physically and digitally. My skills connect the fine arts and I feel I can bridge the gap between the traditional art world and the NFT. Creating a project with both physical and digital ends is always fun and challenging.

Did you mint your first NFT? Which platform did you choose and why?

I did the March 2021 Mint at the Foundation. The foundation started out as an artist-invited platform and seemed much more curated at the time.

Can you tell us one thing you can’t live without? (And why)

I can’t live without creating visual things. All my life I have been in the industry and always looking to create something new.

Who is your favorite NFT artist? What makes this artist unique?

I love Raf Grasetti. I love his visual vision. One day I want to collaborate with him digitally and physically.

Where would you go if you could travel anywhere in the world? Why this location?

I travel a lot so it shouldn’t be a place where you can just take a plane. So I would say moon to see the earth.

What are your other passions besides art? Why?

I have a band, composing songs.

I am an athlete, playing tennis, football.

How do you come up with your specific style?

The idea behind the mighty Hercules was to lose the myths around him and place him in our modern world. So I wonder what it would be like to see a god riding a motorcycle or boxing or smoking a cigarette. This is how my art was born.
