Hold on to your nostalgia as Care Bears Forever is coming to Care Bears Web 3 courtesy of NFT! The Favorite Kids franchise will launch its Care Bears Forever NFTs on August 4th, 2022 at Recur.

Care Bears Forever is a joint effort of Cloudco Entertainment and NFT Platform Ricker. Significantly, this is far from Ricker’s first expedition to the nostalgic NFT. After all, the platform is partnering with Nickelodeon for an upcoming NFT drop.
The NFT collection will include 10,000 PFP based on the original 10 care beers. For those who have no knowledge of Care Beer, these include: Cheer Beer, Grampy Beer, Funshine Beer, Good Luck Beer, Love-A-Lot Beer, Bedtime Beer, Best Friend Beer, Tenderheart Beer, Birthday Beer and Wish Beer. Thus, these brand new NFTs will include what people have been liking about Care Bears for 40 years. Not to mention that the NFT collection will launch never-before-seen Care Bears.
In addition to bringing Care Bears to Web3, the NFT collection will also be a point of entry into the Care Bears Forever gameplay. To illustrate, NFT holders will have the opportunity to engage in community-centric gameplay. As a result, they will be able to win prizes in the form of mystery prizes.
For the game, holders will submit their original Care Bear PFP to a community challenge to raise the sharing meter. For this, they will get a Locked Mystery Chest NFT. Only when a certain number of holders enter the challenge will it reveal its contents in the chest of mystery. Also, holders can acquire the Mystery Chest only through the Sharing Meter Challenge or by purchasing one from another holder in the marketplace.
