Revuto launches 10,000 ‘Revulution NFTs’ unlocking Spotify or Netflix for Life
Croatian startup Revuto has announced its first NFT collection, Revulution NFT, which enables owners to get a lifetime subscription to Netflix or Spotify.
The launch will take place on July 11 at 12 noon at CET, when 10,000 Revulution NFTs will be sold on Revuto’s website.
Users will be able to pay for NFT with a credit card, debit card, or cryptocurrency for 349 USD.
The NFT will give subscription holders a stronger sense of ownership, who can keep their subscriptions as long as they wish.
Once the subscription expires, they can sell NFT on the secondary exchange or even use it as a gift.
Revuto CEO and co-founder Vedran Vookman says: “Based on the feedback we’ve received from our 350,000 active and verified users, we’ve decided to give the community what they want – a solution that guarantees a stable subscription fee that they can share with their friends or family members. Easy and simple way. ”
“Moreover, if they do not use the service, users can only get their money back or even make a profit by selling NFT. We want to enable everyone to manage their subscriptions efficiently and, ultimately, to make the digital subscription market more fair and equitable. “
Revuto has already attracted more than 350,000 registered users since launching its ground-breaking subscription model last year.
The idea revolves around giving customers more control over how they manage their payments.
In fact, customers can ‘block’, ‘snooze’ or ‘approve’ payments in the current system, and Revuto now aims to revolutionize NFT space.
How does it work?
After purchasing NFT, Revuto will provide the user with a digital debit card to pay for their Netflix or Spotify subscriptions.
In addition, a revolution enabled NFT to trade on crypto exchanges, thus opening up a new secondary market for digital subscriptions.
Once a user sells their NFT, Revuto will disable their digital debit card and provide the new user with a new virtual card to pay for their Netflix or Spotify subscriptions.
Josipa MajichRevuto’s co-founders added: “Our Revulution NFT for Netflix or Spotify is just the beginning, as well as an introduction to the subscription NFT that people will be able to use to pay for any subscription in the world, as long as they want.”
“I am extremely proud of the team behind this project, and we are all looking forward to what lies ahead. We are confident that the market and the existing user base will again respond positively to what we have done. ”
Additionally, owners will receive a discount when selecting their subscription, combined with the option to gift or sell to others.
Revuto created its subscription app in 2021 and raised $ 10 million in sales of its first token on the blockchain platform Cardano.
So far, it has received three million initial sign-ups for the app, and more than 350,000 active users are currently enjoying the service.
