Everything about the logo contest from NFT Marketplace LooksRare
NFT Marketplace launches the Logo Art Contest on June 29th. The platform did it in a short thread on its Twitter page.
The rules of the LooksRare logo art competition are very simple. Artists only have to tweet their entry with the hashtag #LooksRare by July 15th. And of course, LooksRare added to the sage’s advice “Be creative”. In a follow-up tweet, LooksRare also gave access to some of the brand logos and other visual assets.
Of course, the most exciting part of the announcement was the prize run. As mentioned earlier, the prize for the winners comes to a total of 10,000. To that end, the competition prizes are as follows:
- 1st = $ 3,500
- 2nd = $ 2,000
- 3rd = $ 1,000
- 4th-10th = $ 500 each
Not only that, LooksRare will pay $ 200 to 10 people who retweet Original post.

About OpenSea’s biggest competitor, LooksRare
Launched again in January this year, LooksRare has come out of the strong gateway to become the NFT community’s preferred secondary marketplace. To be sure, the platform has seen a decent success since then. In fact, DappRadar ranks it as the fourth NFT marketplace in terms of all-time trading volume. It is behind 1A Openness, Axis Infinity Marketplace and Cryptopanks Marketplace.
However, not all attention has been focused on LooksRare since its launch. Most notably, the platform has received numerous complaints that most of its sales volume comes from wash trading. This is because of the way the platform rewards merchants with their native tokens, including $ LOOKS.
